Our team is expanding, and we are looking to hire an HR Executive for our Digital Marketing Agency.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual with a minimum of 6 months of experience in human resources who is passionate about managing people and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Pre-requisites:
- Minimum of 6 months of HR experience, preferably in the IT or digital marketing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in using HR software or tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
Key Responsibilities and Learnings:
As an HR Executive, you will:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
- Help maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee needs and ensuring job satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices.
