Juan Moreno’s Steam and Sauna Experts is based in Fort Lauderdale and specializes in steam room and sauna installation and repair. They have a high-converting e-commerce store featuring premium steam generators, sauna heaters, and wellness products.
Their product line is well-respected in the industry, and their service area spans both residential and commercial clients across Florida.
The Challenge
When we began working with Juan, his website had a high spam score caused by previous low-quality SEO efforts. The rankings were unstable, visibility was limited, and the site lacked the authority needed to compete in search results.
At the time, his business was generating just about $720 per month in e-commerce revenue, with minimal inbound calls or qualified leads for sauna and steam room installations. Many product pages contained duplicate content, and the website was not structured for online visibility.
Solution
Our initial efforts focused on fixing all the website’s foundation, disavowing toxic backlinks, removing spammy and duplicate pages, and resolving the technical SEO side of things.
We rewrote product and service pages for rankings and conversions, and published #1-ranking blog content targeting high-intent sauna topics.
We optimized their Google Business Profile, securing over 500 citations to enhance their presence in the Google Map Pack for more local leads in sauna and steam room installations.
